Electric Power Systems

· Launched a nationwide business unit and grew it to $10M annual revenue (within $90M company).


· Increased gross profit margins from 30% to 40% over the last 3 years through revamped pricing, restructuring supplier arrangements, and increased efficiency of personnel (new in-house training program) and internal equipment resources (strategic upgrades).

· Served as an advisor to ownership team for critical/sensitive situations and projects including:
